We may record messages, requested follow-ups and the campaign, advertisement or form associated with your enquiry. Website and platform providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services. Please do not submit identity documents, banking details or payment-card information through initial enquiry forms.
We use information to respond to enquiries, provide relevant property details, arrange requested calls or site visits, assign authorised sales staff, manage follow-ups and measure advertising results. An enquiry does not commit you to a purchase.
Where you choose or agree to WhatsApp contact, we may message you about your enquiry. Updates about other projects or promotional offers require a separate optional choice. Consent for one enquiry is not treated as unrestricted permission for unrelated marketing.

Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement or deletion cycle; immediate removal from every backup is not guaranteed.
We will use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards and restrict access to authorised personnel and service providers. No website, messaging service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw communication preferences or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before acting. Requests may be handled manually and remain subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate retention needs.
